Scheduling flexibility and communication were both fantastic! We took advantage an "off season" discount that made the cleaning very affordable. My new Regency wood stove and the new chimney look amazing.When Shawn came with his helper Alex and told me they'll have the work done in one day , I didn't say anything but i said to myself : NO WAY!
